The Papacy pt.1

For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.  Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.
II Corinthians 11:13-15

The most prominent North American Roman Catholic Jesuit priest, Thomas J. Reece, talks about the Papacy as a global player in world affairs, where he says that that their intelligence is even more advanced than the C.IA. This is  exactly how she is prophetically described in the 17th and 18th chapter of the book of Revelation.

'The Roman Pontiff, to whom the words prima sedes apply, cannot be judged on earth by any power.'
- Canon Law 1404

'No one can have God as Father who does not have the Church as Mother.'
- Catechism of the Catholic Church, 181

Within a decade the Catholic church said twice that she is the "mother" of all religions, especially the churches.  First in 2000 in Dominus Iesus and again in 2007 under the direction of Joseph Ratzinger aka Pope Benedict XVI, in exact fulfillment of Revelation 18:7

In warfare, the most dangerous enemy is the one you can’t see, or the one you choose to ignore.  The Trojan horse, as recorded by Greek poet Homer, was used as a subtle, deceptive peace token to the inhabitants of the legendary city of Troy, but the moment they put their guard down in that battle, it led to ‘her own destruction by the gullibility of her inhabitants.’ (1) In these times of scepticism, deception and fundamental religious fanaticism, where good looks like evil and evil looks good, God’ people should in no way and under no circumstances put down their guard.
Jesus earnestly pleads with His last church in Bible prophecy, Laodicea, to ‘anoint thine eyes with eyesalve that they mayest see’ (Rev. 3:18), that they may sharpen their spiritual senses to avoid being deceived by the huge influx of false teachings that for a long while, due to deep apostasy, has infiltrated His church (Col. 2:8; Heb. 5:13, 14).  Jesus knew that His church would be attacked on all fronts, both internally and externally and their only protection from the false ‘doctrine of the Pharisees and Sadducees’’ (Matt. 16:6-12) is to constantly keep their hearts in tune with Christ by abiding in His word, so that they don’t fall or go astray (Luke 6:47, 48, 49).
While men are desperately seeking for answers in the global chaos that engulfs the earth, the last stages of Bible prophecy is coming to its completion.  Before Christ’ faithful enter into a place of indescribable glory, they need to identify their biggest and greatest obstacle that will hinder them from eternal bliss.

Christ does not leave His church without warning, for He always shows them things that ‘should come to pass hereafter’.  The contemporary Trojan horse is the Papacy.  She is stealthily making progress and manipulating the naivety of many influential voices in Christendom.  She is gaining more credibility and acceptance in places which were once impossible for her to penetrate and due to her constant efforts of lobbying, infiltrating and subtle bullying tactics, she is making one last effort in a final tug of war, to capture this earth and make it her global vassal, her kingdom. Christ clearly said to ‘Pontius Pilate governor of Judaea’ that ‘My kingdom is not of this world’ (John 18:36), but the Papacy doesn’t reflect Christ and seeks the world. What would happen if governments and the inhabitants of the earth were to surrender their authority and hand it over to the Papacy?  It would be a restoration of the Dark Ages when the Papacy was at the height of if its glory, where she enjoyed plenty of pomp, splendour and absolute control of not only kings, but over the minds of their subjects through the most effective big brother tool of social control, the confessional.  Many intuitive minds, have carefully observed the Papacy and the threat it holds to our modern liberties, if it is ever given absolute power.

Adam Smith (1723-1790), Scottish philosopher and political economist
"The constitution of the Church of Rome may be considered the most formidable combination that was ever formed against the authority and security of civil government, as well as the liberty, reason, and happiness of mankind." (2)

James Aitken Wylie (1808-1890), Scottish historian, Presbyterian minister
"The system of Popery is worthy of being made the subject of profound study.  It is no crude, ill-digested, and clumsily digested scheme.  It possesses an amazing subtlety and depth.  It is pervaded by a spirit of fearful potency.  It is the product of the combined intellects of many successive ages, acute, powerful, and crafty, intently occupied in its elaboration, and aided by Satanic and cunning power... so long as she maintains an attitude which is a virtual defence and justification of all her past pretensions, both in their theory and their practice, the common sense of mankind must hld that she is ready to repeat the same aggressions whenever the same occasions and opportunities shall occur." (3)

Charles Chiniquy (1809-1899), ex-Catholic French-Canadian priest
"The Church of Rome is the most skilful machine the world has ever seen. Those who guide her dark paths are often men of deep thought. The Church of Rome is absolutely the same as when she reddened Europe with the blood of the martyrs." (4)

Hon. William Ewart Gladstone (1809-18989), British Prime Minister
"If there ever has been, and if there still be, a question reaching far into the future, it is the question of Church Power, and of its monstrous aggression into Papal Power.  Some degree of public attention has, I trust, been drawn not only to the tendency, but to the design of Vaticanism to disturb civil society; and to proceed, when it may be requisite and practicable, to the issue of blood for the accomplishment of its aims." (5)

Lord Acton (1834-1902), English Roman Catholic historian

"Power tends to corrupt; absolute power corrupts absolutely. [The Papacy is] the fiend skulking behind the Crucifix.  The Papacy sanctions murder; the avowed defender and promoter of the papacy is necessarily involved in that sanction. No man defends the papacy who has not accommodated his conscience to the idea of assassination." (6)

Herbert George Wells (1866-1964), English novelist, socialist, eugenicist
"The Pope, any Pope, is necessarily an ill-educated and foolish obstacle, heir to the tradition of Roman Catholicism.  To propitiate the Roman Catholic organization with political office or power is like establishing friendly relations with an area sneak by handing him the family silver." (7)

Ayn Rand (1905-1982), Russian-American novelist, philosopher, play writer
"The Catholic Church has never given up the hope to re-establish the medieval union of church and state, with a global theocracy as its ultimate goal." (8)

Edmond Paris, historical scholar on the Papacy in world politics
"The Roman Church, rapacious, warlike, stirring up conflicts, turing to her own benefit - with unfailing perfidy - the interests and passions of the world, far from fulfilling her mission of guardianship, has always been the worst sower of discord among the nations she claims to pacify and unite." (9)

Avro Manhattan (1914-1990), 20th century' leading authority on the Papacy and her covert meddling in world politics
"The Catholic Church will suffer no obstacles, be deterred by no barriers, tolerate no enemies, rivals, competitors, or even friends.  Her clarion call to Ecumenism, reunion and Unity is nothing but a specious screen behind which to hide such millenarian ambition.  Her aim has never changed in the past, does not change in the present, and will not change in the future. What has changed now is her strategy, her tactics, her methods, her approach, her parlance, and her seeming acceptance of modern liberties.  The Catholic Church's numerical strength, intercontinental administration, global diplomatic network, political dominance, and intangible pressures are all being blatantly used to that end. A warning, a danger, and a threat for the generations yet to come." (10)

These quotes are from nine individuals in the religious and secular world from the 18th to the 20th century, who had an insightful knowledge of the Papacy’ truthful agenda – to subdue every human soul under the auspices of Papal control.  This chameleon-like system that camouflages itself with a cloak of religious meekness, is destructively dangerous if any opportunity is given to it to acquire absolute political power.  If you are to ‘love your enemies’, you need to be ‘wise like serpents’ and carefully study them out also.  The Papal system and its global agenda needs to be exposed and masked (II Timothy 4:2), but it has to be done in a spirit of love so that many sincere seekers of God within that system, can have access to the true intercessor in heaven on behalf of fallen man, Jesus Christ, the Holy One of Israel.

In the 13th, 17th and 18th chapter of Revelation, Jesus Christ gives a detailed account of the Papacy, from its rise and fall, its intimate role in world politics and chapter 19 prophecies its final end and destruction which will happen at the 2nd Coming of Christ.

The Vatican has its own personal police force

The Vatican is aligned with many intelligence agencies around the world, making her the most informed and up-to-date government in the world.

The Pope has a palace and a church. His dualistic role makes him the head of both a religious and political institution at the same time (Rev. 17:3)

The Papacy is a religio-political power whose sovereign head, the Pope, is the only absolute monarch of Europe, in the smallest sovereign state on earth, Vatican City.   In international diplomacy she is known as the Holy See, where the Bishop of Rome, the pope, sits at the head of the Episcopal see, which is the seat of the government of the Roman Catholic Church in Rome.  Whenever papal diplomats or representatives of the Papacy are involved in world affairs they are representatives of the Holy See, where it can come under the dualistic cover as a religious or a political institute.  In the Holy Scriptures its movements are recorded beforehand where it is known as the ‘little horn’, the ‘king of the north’, the ‘man of sin’, the ‘antichrist’‘Jezebel’, the ‘dragon’ with ‘seven heads’, the ‘beast rising up out of the sea’ and the ‘whore’, the ‘woman upon a scarlet coloured beast’.  She is described as being the greatest obstacle to Christ’ faithful flock right up until the Second Coming of Christ.  Revelation 17 and 18 gives the most detailed account of her, showing what she has done in the past, what she is doing at present and what she is going to do in the future.  The prophecy identifies her two main colours, red and purple (Rev. 17:4), her excess in riches (Rev. 17:4), her intimate role in world finance (Rev. 18:3), her meddling in world affairs which has led to an absolutely huge loss of human life (Rev. 18:24), her vast diplomatic network (Rev. 17:2) and her eventual deception of the entire inhabitants of the earth with one last death struggle to cleanse the earth of Bible-believing Christians just prior to the Second Coming of Christ (Rev. 17:8-14).

Even prior to the Protestant Reformation in Europe, men observed that the Papacy was corrupt to its core, from the hierarchy right the way down.  Some of these men were high dignitaries in the church such as German bishop Eberhard II (1200-1246), archbishop of Salzburg and the English medieval chronicler, poet, theologian and Benedictine monk of the Abbey of St Albans, Matthew Paris (c.1200-1259).  Historian Matthew Paris and Eberhard II were one of the first open critics of the Pope during a highly contentious life and death struggle between the Holy Roman Empire of German Emperor Frederick II and the ruling despot at that time Pope Gregory IX.  Frederick II was the nephew of Pope Innocent III and according to the subtle Papal sympathiser, Swiss born, German educated Protestant theologian and historian Philip Schaff (1819-1893): ‘Frederick made a bold protest against the unbearable assumption of the Papacy, and pointed to the case of John of England as a warning to princes of what they might expect.  “She who calls herself my mother,” he wrote, “treats me like a stepmother.”  He denounced the secularization of the Church, and called upon the bishops and clergy to cultivate the self-denial of the Apostles.’ (11)
This conflict was one of the first instances where the Papacy and its head the Pope, were called by the apocalyptic title of 'Babylon' in Revelation 17.  Matthew Paris defended Frederick II and his war against the Pope and Eberhard II and Frederick II both called the Pope the 'antichrist' and 'the wickedness of Babylon'.  This was three centuries before the Augustinian monk turned reformer Martin Luther of Germany, Bible scholar, translator, reformer  and linguist William Tyndale of England and French lawyer turned reformer John Calvin of France made these prophetic claims against the Papacy in the 16th century.

This study will show that the Papacy is the last absolute monarchy and sovereign power mentioned in the book of Revelation.  It will not cross-reference every single verse, but will analyse specific texts in Revelation chapter 17 and 18.  The principle of repeat and enlarge is evident in Revelation 17 where it expands upon previous prophecies, not only in preceding chapters, but also in other prophetic books.
The prophet Daniel describes the Papacy in a political light as a king/kingdom, ‘the little horn’ (Dan. 7:8, 20, 24; 8:9-11, 23-25) and the apostle Paul describes her in a religious light as ‘the man of sin,’ who ‘sitteth in the temple of God’ (II Thess. 2:3, 4).  John takes from both Daniel and Paul, amalgamates it and presents to the student of prophecy a religio-political power, a woman riding a beast (Rev. 17:3).
Most of Revelation is written in hieroglyphic symbolism, so in order to understand it properly, the codes must be deciphered and Revelation 17 is full of them.

·      Water symbolically represents people (Rev. 17:1, 15)

·      horn/s represent a king/kingdom (Rev. 17:12; Dan. 7:24; 8:21, 22)

·      beast represents a king/kingdom (Dan. 7:17, 23)

·      head represents a king/kingdom (Dan. 7:6; 8:8, 22)

·      whore/harlot is a corrupted church (Isa. 1:18; Jer. 2:20; Eze. 16:1, 2, 28)

·      mountain represents a kingdom (Dan. 9:16; Jer. 51:24, 25)

William Tyndale (c.1494-1536), English Reformer, Bible translator
‘That great idol the whore of Babylon, Antichrist of Rome whom they call the pope…have conspired against all commonwealths and have made them a several kingdom, wherein it is lawful unpunished to work all abomination.  O great whore of Babylon, how abuseth she the princes of the world, how drunk hath she made them with her wine.’ (12)

Thomas Goodwin (1600-1680), English Puritan, theologian
‘Now, the description of Antichrist (the Pope) and his false church, in his rise, power, greatness, and extent of his dominions, and of the company that should cleave to him, is set forth in the visions of the 13th chapter, which afterwards, in the 17th chapter, the Holy Ghost himself interprets and makes a comment on.  The Pope, together with the body of these ten kingdoms joining into one, whereof he becomes the head, is that first ‘beast with ten horns’, described in this thirteenth chapter, ver. 1-11.’ (13)

John Wesley (1703-1791), founder of the Methodists
“O Reader, this is a subject wherein we also are deeply concerned, and which must be treated, not as a point of curiosity, but as a solemn warning from God!  The danger is near.  Be armed, both against force and fraud, even with the whole armour of God.  Out of the sea – That is Europe.  The beast is the Romish apostasy.  To this, and no other power on earth, agrees the whole text, and every part of it in every point.  The beast is a spiritually secular power, opposite to the kingdom of Christ.  A power not merely spiritual and ecclesiastical, nor merely secular or political; but a mixture of both.  The beast has a strict connexion with the city of Rome.  This clearly appears from the seventeenth chapter.  Thus the time of the ascent of the beast is clear.  The apostasy and mystery of iniquity gradually increased till he arose, “who opposeth and exalteth himself above all” (2 Thess 11.4).” (14)

John Nevis Andrews (1829-1883), Seventh-day Adventist missionary
"The beast with ten horns, described to Daniel, is also seen by John to ascend out of the sea. In him were blended the marks of all the preceding beasts, - the body of the leopard, the feet of the bear, and the mouth of the lion. Dan. 7:4-6.  The beast is evidently the papal form of the fourth empire; for it recieves its power and seat from the dragon, imperial Rome.  The beast doubtless represents the papal power (Rev. 13:1-10; Dan. 7:8, 20, 21, 25, 26).  But by turning to 2 Thess 2, we learn that the papacy is to be destroyed by the brightness of Christ's coming...this mystery of iniquity is the great Romish apostacy.  Rev. 17 represents Babylon by the symbol of a woman seated on a scarlet-coloured beast/  Rome was and is "the seat of the beast;"  Babylon is the name of the symbolic harlot which was seen by John.  Babylon is a harlot because of her unlawful union with the kings of the earth; and as the result of the union she has corrupted the truth of God.  The Catholic Church became a harlot at an epoch at least as early as the time of Constantine.  The seven heads belong alike to the dragon of Rev. 12, the beast of chap. 14, and that of chap. 17." (15)

First Minister of Northern Ireland, the Rev. Ian Paisley called the pope the antichrist at the European Parliament in 1988

The quotes above from the 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th century is known as the historicist school of prophetic interpretation, where these men patiently deciphered the hieroglyphic prophetic language of Revelation 13 and 17 and clearly identified the Papacy as the amalgamated beasts comprised into one system that comes ‘out of the sea’ and the prostitute ‘woman’ that rides her. Unlike modern prophetic expositors, these men drank deeply from the fountain of the Holy Scriptures where their senses were greatly enlightened.  It is important that their works are resurrected and presented to the modern mind so that true sincere truth seekers don’t get lost in a world of conspiracy theories.  Let’s see how the Papacy accurately fulfils the apocalyptic description in the book of Revelation and how she qualifies as that system that sadly misrepresents Jesus’ name.

And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour...
Revelation 17:3

Pope Benedict XVI (right) and Cardinal Bertone (left) adorned with the scarlet colored vestments described in the book of Revelation.

Cardinals from all across the world in a papal conclave which is a meeting of the College of Cardinals in the Sistine Chapel in the Vatican to elect the next pope.  They are all arrayed in the very colours as prophecied in the book of Revelation and the ones in the centre aisle are arrayed in purple.

The coat of arms of a cardinal has a red hat and 15 red tassels on each side.

The Papacy is described as a scarlet coloured beast.  In the Holy Scriptures scarlet symbolizes sin (Isa. 1:18).  In Papal religious protocol, scarlet (red) and purple all have significance.  A highly respected Catholic scholar, the late Rev. John A. O’Brien (1893–1980) tells us the meaning of why the priests wear these coloured vestments.

“The Mass with its colourful vestments and vivid ceremonies is a dramatic reenactment in an un-bloody manner of the Sacrifice of Christ on Calvary.  Note too the vivid symbolism of the colors of the vestments worn by priests.  Red reminds the faithful of the blood that was shed for the faith of Christ.  Purple which is emblematic of penance, is worn during Advent and Lent and on the vigils of great feats.” (16)

Dr. Henry Grattan Guinness (1835-1910), British missionary, prophetic scholar
“Look at the purple robes they wear; look at the scarlet robes.  Rome wears the very raiment, the very hues and colours, portrayed on the pages of inspired prophecy.  You may know the harlot by her attire, as certainly as by the name upon her brow. ” (17)

So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
Revelation 17:3

Many Reformation artists depicted the Papacy as a scarlet coloured woman riding on a seven heads with a golden cup in her hand

John Milton (1608-1674), English poet
"Popery is a double thing to deal with, and claims a twofold power, ecclesiastical and political, both usurped, and the one supporting the other."

The Papacy is a religio-political power.  This is what makes its goals very deceptive.  When she wants to accomplish a political agenda, she hides under the cover of religion when it suits her self-interests.  This is why many governments fear her and others have no idea of her true motives.  The Holy Scriptures describes the Papacy as a woman that rides the beast.  A woman, as observed, is a church, a religious power, but this woman is not a virgin like the pure apostolic church (II Cor. 11:2), but she is a whore/harlot, a corrupted apostate church.  A beast in the Holy Scriptures is a king or a kingdom, or a political power.  The beast aspect of the Papacy is stressed upon more in Revelation 13, but chapter 17 shows her as a woman, a religious power that has conquered a vast amount of races (Rev. 17:15) and has a lot of global political clout (Rev. 17:18).  This woman is riding the beast. The beast is the Roman Empire that was resurrected under the Papacy.  Her Medieval ecclesiastical vestments is one of the many covers that confuses people and having over a millennia of experience in diplomacy, she can tap into circles and territories other government couldn’t even dream of entering.  Why can’t the Gentile world and most Christians see its true colours?  An American Roman Catholic Jesuit priest Thomas J. Reece explains why in his groundbreaking book Inside the Vatican.

“Despite the importance of the papacy for the Catholic church and its prominent role in international affairs, its internal workings are little known to Catholics, to world leaders, or to the world at large.  This is partly a result of the secretive nature of the Vatican, which sees little advantage to letting others know its internal operation.  The Holy See is a unique organization because it pursues spiritual and secular goals at an international level.  Its organizational complexity arises from the fact that the pope plays many roles in order to fulfil these goals.  He is the bishop of Rome, the sovereign ruler of the State of Vatican City, and the successor of St. Peter as head of the college of Bishops.” (18)

So the Papacy tells us herself how she operates, as both a political and religious secretive power and it confirms what poet John Milton said.  It is sad and strange that when observations are made by religious or secular scholars who have researched and carefully studied the Papacy’ intricate role in world politics and present any form of criticism, it is classed as anti-Catholicism.  As the Papal system sees itself as infallible, criticism seems to damage its self-deceptive pompousness.  In order to clearly understand the Papacy, you will need to first look at what the Holy Scriptures says, secondly, ask the LORD for guidance and understanding and thirdly, have a knowledge of the past, for history repeats itself over and over again (Ecc. 3:15) and the Papacy is an expert at covering its tracks so she cannot be detected.

The Papacy hides behind the mask of Christ to conceal her true goals

The Papacy gave the world the impression that she was opposed to the 2003 US-led invasion in Iraq, but the following images gives a different story

And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
Revelation 17:5

The religion of ancient Babylon in the Orient, the Middle East, has been passed down unadulterated into Europe and its rituals still exist in the Papacy, Mystical Babylon.  Many acute historians have observed that although the Neo-Babylonian Chaldean Empire was overthrown by the Medo-Persians in 538 BC, the spirit of its religion has never died and it has got a fresh new home in the structure of the Holy See.  She confesses that her own religious structure is a model and restoration of paganism.

Edward Gibbon (1737-1794), English historian
“…it must be ingenuously confessed that the ministers of the Catholic Church imitated the profane model which they were impatient to destroy.  The most respectable bishops had persuaded themselves that the ignorant rustics would more cheerfully renounce the superstitions of Paganism, if they found some resemblance, some compensation, in the bosom of Christianity.” (19)

Cardinal John Henry Newman (1801-1890), leader in the Oxford Movement
'Confiding then in the power of Christianity to resist the infection of evil, and to transmute the very instruments and appendages of demon-worship to an evangelical use ... the rulers of the Church from early times were prepared, should the occasion arise, to adopt, or imitate, or sanction the existing rites and customs of the populace, as well as the philosophy of the educated class.  We are told in various ways by Eusebius that Constantine, in order to recommend the new religion to the heathen, transferred into it the outward ornaments to which they had been accustomed in their own.  The use of temples, and these dedicated to particular saints, and ornamented on occasions with branches of trees; incense, lamps, and candles; votive offerings on recovery from illness; holy water; asylums; holydays and seasons, use of calendars, processions, blessings on the fields; sacerdotal vestments, the tonsure, the ring in marriage, turning to the East, images date later date, perhaps the ecclesiastical chant, and the Kyrie Eleison, are all of pagan origin, and sanctified by their adoption into the Church."(20)

Constantine I (c.272 - 337) was the Roman Emperor that was responsible for the paganism that has entered the churches

Manley P. Hall (1901-1990), Canadian esoteric scholar and 33° Freemason
"Yet the cross itself is the oldest of phallic emblems, and the lozenge-shaped windows of cathedrals are proof that yonic symbols have survived the destruction of pagan mysteries.  The very structure of the Church is permeated with phallicism.  Remove from the church all symbols of priapicorigin and nothing is left." (21)

'The practice of using beads, & c., as a help to memory in reciting a prayer is not distinctively Christian, but it has long existed in the Church. (23) When the Christian and Mohammedan rosaries first came into use is not known.  The Buddhists used a rosary containing 100 or 108 beads.  On the whole it seems probable that the Muslims borrowed the rosary from the Buddhists, and that the Crusaders borrowed it from the Saracens and introduced it into Europe.  Some think it was introduced into Christendom by Dominic, the founder of the Black Friars, about A.D. 1221, with the sanction of Pope Pius V.' (24)

From the evidence collated, it is clear that over a number of years paganism was embraced step-by-step by the Papacy.  Prayer beads have been found on monuments in ancient Assyria, cylinder seals in ancient Babylonia, in the tomb of Egyptian king, Pharaoh Tutankhamen and they are still in use in the east by Sikhs, Hindus and Buddhists who call it the Japa Mala, by Muslims who call it the misbaha or tespih, the Baha’i, Catholics, Anglicans and the Eastern Orthodox church.  There is even a Neo-Pagan witchcraft website that sells prayer beads as an occult charm.

It is quite clear why the Papacy is called MYSTERY BABYLON, but there is not enough time or space to log all of the Babylonian and pagan rituals that are in the bosom of the Papal system, that will take volumes.  The best treatise on this work can be found in an 1853 publication, still available, called The Two Babylons by Rev. Alexander Hislop.  The Papacy has many children, that is why she is called THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS and though they may be separated from her, these churches still contain within them many of her rituals, which is why the Protestant, Orthodox and evangelicals are all gradually drawing themselves back into her fold because they have observed that they are identical to their mother.
Though we are well out of the Dark Ages, we are still feeling its effects.  The Reformation, though powerful in itself, did not shake of the entire load of Popery.  The cross is a pre-Christian symbol that has been traced to practically every pagan culture around the world.  It is a solar symbol, a representation of the sun god and as the esoteric scholar Manley P. Hall documented, it is also a phallic/priapic or sexual symbol.  It is almost impossible to get away from it, for it is printed on Bibles, churches, bookmarks, etc.  Jesus died a horrific, painful death on the cross at Calvary, but the Lamb of God never instructed anyone to wear it or churches to be adorned with it as a symbol of His death.  We don’t worship a crucified saviour, but a risen one who is now interceding on our behalf in the Temple in Heaven until His glorious Second Coming (Acts 2:24; I Cor. 15:12-14; Heb. 7:25; 9:11, 12, 24, 28).

And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.
Revelation 17:6

Modern secular historians attempt to whitewash and water down the ethnic cleansing atrocities commited by Mary Tudor, better known as 'Bloody Mary' by ignoring the innocent 283 Protestant martyrs that were killed in England over a space of forty-five months under her rule. It is an episode of British history that is slowly and subtly being swept under the carpet

In March 2000, the year of a bright new millennium, the Papacy attempted to clean up its image with a clever public relations strategy.  The late Pope John Paul II apologised for the horrors committed against innocent individuals in the past which included the bloody inquisition and the crusades.  Terms like 'genocide', 'ethnic cleansing' and 'crimes against humanity' are new in our post-World War II age, and they are used to describe the atrocities that are committed by a dictatorial government or a terrorist organisation, but the Papacy who has spilt more innocent blood than any institution in recorded history has committed them all.  Many religious groups and secular institutions foolishly put their guard down when the pope made this apology, and they naively believed that this religio-political economic giant had truly change, but it did not take long for her to show and display her true colours.
In August 2000, The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (Congregatio pro Doctrina Fidei), previously known as the Supreme Sacred Congregation of the Roman and Universal Inquisition, that was then headed by Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger (the current pope), produced a document titled Dominus Iesus (Lat. for 'Lord Jesus').  It caused an uproar in the religious world, for the Papacy was openly waging war (without weapons) against all religious institutions (especially against the Protestant Churches), by declaring that they 'are not Churches in the proper sense' and they all 'depend on superstitions or other errors' and 'constitute an obstacle to salvation' and suffer from defects.'  Rome was openly declaring that she has never changed and she is still the same church as the one in the Dark Ages.  Dominus Iesus quotes from the Medeival Papal Bull of Pope Boniface VIII, called Unum Sanctum (Lat. for the One Holy Church), which was issued on 18th November, 1302 and declares 'that for salvation it is necessary that every human creature be subject to the authority of the Roman Pontiff' (as documented in the Catholic Encyclopaedia, vol. 15 p.126).

Will the churches and Christians all over the globe ever wake up out of their spiritual Laodicean slumber and realise that this system openly mocks them and has future plans for each one of them who does not obey her (Rev. 13:15, 16)?

It was under Pope Innocent III (1160/61-1216) that the Papacy reached its Zenith. He ethnically cleansed the Albigenses Christian community from France, installed the Inquistion under Dominic, the first inquisitor-general and instituted the Fourth Crusade

The Inquisition also known as the 'Auto de Fei' (Act of Faith), was a purging programme that was set up by the Papacy to get rid of any dissent that posed a threat to Papal Supremacy

Gaspard de Coligny (1519-1572) was a French Protestant Huguenot nobleman that was assassinated in France in the bloody ethnic cleansing programme wars that ensued a couple of days later

A papal coin of Pope Gregory XIII commemorating the St. Bartholomew massacre.  It shows and proves that these atrocities are planned and approved by the popes.

King Louis XIV of France (1638-1715), known as the 'Sun King' was a devout Catholic monarch who continued the policy of his forbears and ethnically cleansed innocent Huegenot Protestants on the instructions of his Jesuit confessor (Note: the southern state, Louisiana, in the United States is named after him)

Francois de la Chaise (1624-1709) was a French Jesuit and confessor to King Louis XIV.  He counseled the king to revoke the 'Edict of Nantes' of 1598, an edict that gave Calvinist Protestants in France religious liberty, then the bloodshed pursued.  France suffered dearly for that, and the French Revolution was a result of it

Only the records in heaven will hold the true account of how much innocent blood has been shed for the name of Jesus under the instructions of popes and their godless government

A map of the world with the countries in red that have diplomatic relations with the Papacy

The Papacy has the oldest diplomatic corps on earth.  According to leaked classified cables from Wikileaks, the Papacy is only second to the United States with the number of countries that they have diplomatic relations with

When Pope Benedict XVI made a state visit to Britain in September 2010, he was welcomed by the current and former heads of state in Westminster Cathedral (Gordon Brown, Tony Blair, John Major, Margaret Thatcher and Nick Clegg, Deputy Prime Minister of the United Kingdom)

Bush Sr., Bill Clinton, Condolezza Rice and Andrew Hill Card Jr.).  The Papacy is the only institution on earth that can bring past and present US presidents and their cabinet on their knees

After the death of Karl Wojtyla, a.k.a. Pope John Paul II (1920-2005), startling information was uncovered of his influence.

‘Under John Paul II, the Holy See gained more political clout and recognition than it had enjoined since the Renaissance.  In 1980, Queen Elizabeth II became the first British monarch to visit a pope at the Vatican; two years later Britain appointed its first ambassador to the Holy See since King Henry VIII had broken with Rome 450 years earlier.  A month later the Protestant countries of Denmark, Norway and Sweden followed suit.  In 1984, the United States established full diplomatic ties with the Vatican.  By 1990, Russia, Mexico, Israel and Jordan, plus most of the former communist countries in Eastern Europe, had joined the list.  Compared with 1939, the eve of World War II, the number of nations with formal representations to the Vatican tripled during the reign of Pope John Paul II.’ (25)

With the exception of Saudi Arabia, Vietnam and China, most countries in the world have diplomatic relations with the Holy See, committing spiritual fornication with her, which proves that they all acknowledge Papal supremacy.  This not only shows and confirms its global influence, but it verifies that Jesus accurately foretold of the immense power this system will have on the entire earth. Will the saints of God around the world take heed to the prophetic warnings from heaven or will they continue to be ignorant and stay asleep in their Laodicean condition?

And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.
Revelation 18:23

Over the years a lot of evidence has leaked out of the Papacy’ covert, but intricate role in wars, revolutions and economic corruption.  It is true you can find corruption in nearly any organised religion or corporation, but this religio-political system that claims it uplifts Biblical morality, sexual purity and fights on behalf of the underdog is the most terrible and subtle snake in the grass that ever was to be found in an organisation.  The popes outwardly laments for the civilians maimed in a horrific war, but many memoirs, declassified documents and media leaks have been unearthed and have shown that she has not only played a part, but also has planned many of these bloody wars.  If you were to tell an individual that the Vatican masterminded the hostilities between nation states that triggered the bloodbath that led to WWI (1914-1918), WWII (1940-1945), the Vietnam War (1959-1975) or the war in Rwanda (1994), or the horrific wars in the Balkans (1991-1999), they would instantly laugh at you and brush you off as a crackpot.  This shows the extent of her power, whereby she can make people believe that a group of old men in skull caps and Medieval attire can in no way infiltrate the policies of state departments and intelligence agencies and cause wars.  In the International Herald Tribune in 2008, evidence came out that showed the Catholic Church’ clear and open collusion with the despot Adolf Hitler and his Nazi state and in the British newspaper ‘THE INDEPENDENT’, in 2009, a powerful and interesting confession was revealed.  The Catholic Church confessed her collusion with the Spanish dictator Francisco Franco (1892-1975).  This she has never denied from the get go, but what is startling, is her confession of her role in the murder of her own laity in that country.  Will she be ever challenged for this?

Germany’s Roman Catholic Church exploited nearly 6,000 forced labourers in the Nazi era, it is said in a report…detailing a dark chapter in its history.  The church in 2000 acknowledged its use of forced labour under Hitler, and it has paid €1.5 million, of $2.4 million, in compensation to foreign workers.  But the report, “Forced Labor and the Catholic Church 1939-1945,” is the most thorough look at the same issue so far.  The 703-page report documents the fate of 1,075 prisoners of war and 4,829 civilians who were forced to work for the Nazis in nearly 800 Catholic institutions – mainly hospitals, homes and monastery gardens – as part of the war effort.  The report said a large proportion of the workers – mostly from Poland, Ukraine and the Soviet Union – were forced to help the war effort in military hospitals that would not have been able to operate without their labor.  Millions of people from conquered countries, in Eastern Europe, were shipped to Germany and forced to work under poor conditions.  Toward the end of the war, it is estimated that forced laborers made up about a quarter of the work force. (26)

Spanish Bishops broke decades of silence at the weekend to apologise for failing to condemn the killing of 14 priests by Francisco Franco’s troops during the Spanish Civil War, asking for forgiveness for the church’s collusion with the dictator’s cause.  The apology is unprecedented.  Spain’s ecclesiastical hierarchy supported Francisco Franco from the moment the Civil War broke out in 1936.  It never wavered in its support for his 40-year dictatorship, and uttered no word of remorse during more than three decades of democracy that followed the Generalissimo’s death in 1975. (27)

Very few historians write books, journals or articles on the Papacy’ role in WWII, which was her first major attempt to swallow up the whole world.  The Papacy supported the most brutal, bloodthirsty despots in Europe and in Asia (Japan), where it tried to restore Europe to how it was in the Dark Ages when popes ruled supreme and were in total control.  She knew that the control of Europe, would lead to the control over the world.  The Papacy has this sort of powerful, invisible hold over governments, historians and media bodies to not mention her role in the greatest man-made loss of human life in recorded history.  Every now and then, the odd leak will come out exposing her catastrophic, unrepentant role in WWII.  The most barbaric aspect of that war was the Catholic Satellite state of Croatia (1941-1945).  Very, very few books record this most monstrous episode of human history where the worst aspects of human nature were unleashed against the Christian Orthodox Serbs.  The books The Vatican’s Holocaust by Avro Manhattan, Convert…or Die by Edmond Paris and The Yugoslav Aushwitz and the Vatican by Vladimir Dedijer are one of the only few and rare works in the English-speaking world that are written, that records the Vatican backed Croatian state and the horrors that took place that was so barbaric, that it is even hard to stomach when reading it.  When a Bosnian Serb commander died in 2003, THE TIMES of London recorded that Croatian state he was born into.

In the war of 1992 to 1995 in Bosnia the area around the village of Piskavica in the Banja Luka region provided the largest number of fighters per head of population for the army of the Bosnian Serbs.  Half a century earlier one of their leaders had been born in that village.  He was Momir Talic, born in 1942.  At the time the village, together with the rest of Bosnia, was incorporated into the Independent State of Croatia ruled by extremist nationalists under Ante Pavelic.  That regime set out to eliminate the Serbian element of its population, of whom one third were to be converted from Orthodoxy to Catholicism, one third were to be driven into exile, and one third killed.  The country was awash with blood for much of the Second World War, a massacre taking place in Talic’s birthplace five months before his birth. (28)

The Papacy would of been unable to ally itself with these horrific states without the support and help of Socialist turned Papist, Benito Mussolini (1883-1945), who propelled her into the former glory she had before Napoleon Bonaparte (1769-1821) of France and his troops overthrow Pope Pius VI (1717-1799) in 1789 and stripped him of the Papal states.  The late investigative journalist Nino Lo Bello (1922-1997) recorded the concordat between the Papacy and the Italian dictator, the Il Duce.

Mussolini, who had been called a devil by the Pope, was to do more for the Vatican than any man, any cleric, any pope, in all history.  It was raining heavily when Pietro Cardinal Gasparri drove into the Piazza Laterana on February 11, 1929, the day the agreement was to be signed.  The noontime bells of the churches rang out, and Mussolini and his aides entered the Lateran Palace, to be greeted by Pope Pius’ representatives.  The signing was to take place in the same room in which Charlemagne had been the guest of Leo III over a thousand years earlier.  Atop the long table – a gift of the Philippine Islands – were the inkwells, the blotters, the papers.  Nodding to the Duce as he entered the room, Cardinal Gasparri said, “I am happy to welcome you to our parochial house, and I rejoice that the treaties are being signed on the feast of Notre Dame de Lourdes.” (29)

Schumpeter Research Fellow at the Center for European Studies at Harvard who wrote a not too highly publicised book called Nazis on the Run (2011), which documents the Vatican' complicit role in the 'Ratlines', a word the US intelligence called the Vatican' underground Nazi escape network

The Vietnam War took place at the height of the Cold War.  It was the biggest embarrassment to the morale of American superiority and to pacify her failure in that bloodbath, the US released a number of motion pictures to justify her barbarity using a number of famous up-and-coming actors to exploit the situation in Apocalypse Now, Deer Hunter, Good Morning Vietnam and Full Metal Jacket, just to name a few.  Most critical historians and commentators of that war, present it as the bullying power of American military to further its geopolitical expansion throughout Indo-China against a predominantly Buddhist peasant country.  That is true, but very few tell you that before WWII, from the 1600s, it was a French Catholic colony and after its independence from France, the Catholic Church skilfully used the US as a front to further its own interests to hinder the influence of Communist China throughout the whole of Asia.  The best commentator on this was the late Avro Manhattan who thoroughly researched it and logged it in a book called ‘Vietnam why did we Go?’.

‘At the time of the Geneva conference the Cold War was at its height, and the two major Western partners – the U.S.A. and the Vatican – were actively engaged upon a global anti-Communist campaign.  Since both the U.S.A. for strategic reasons and the Catholic Church for religious ones were pursuing a common policy in this area they had to cooperate closely on Vietnam and to agree upon the instruments they would use for the implementation of their policy.’ (30)

In this rare picture of war criminal Pope Pius XII (left) and US Secretary of State John Foster Dulles (right), it clearly shows the unholy alliance at the beginning of the Cold War (1947-1991) between the Papacy and the US to destroy Russian Communism throughout the world

The following individuals were Irish-American Catholics that influenced, shaped and steered the Cold War policies of the United States government

Francis Patrick Matthews (1887-1952) was elected the Supreme Knight of the Knights of Columbus in 1939 and was elected under President Harry Truman in 1949, as the 49th United States Secretary of the Navy (Note: In The Times of London Monday, August 28, 1950 many were shocked when Francis Matthews made a speech saying that America should use aggression to make peace - the atomic bomb).

Cardinal Francis Joseph, was the sixth Archbishop of New York and military vicar of the US Armed Forces.  Often referred to as the "American Pope", for his vast influence, he assisted the CIA and FBI and was regularly briefed by the US State Department.  He was the link between the Vatican and the US. He was close to President Franklin Delano Roosevelt and advised President Lyndon B. Johnson to bomb Vietnam. In intelligence circles Vietnam was called 'Spellman War'. The pictures above speak volumes, it shows how wide his influence was.

There is not enough space to record the Papacy’ involvement in all the different wars, but it is important to look at the foreign policy of the US state department during the Cold War and see how the Vatican was able to manipulate it with its influential Catholic politicians (Senator McCarthy) and Archbishops (Cardinal Spellman), where she stealthily guided and steered American foreign policy, which was to have an absolutely devastating effect on innocent civilians for its support of brutal regimes (e.g. El Salvador).  The Reagan Administration was the most Catholic in US history where the majority of the top offices were filled with a huge volume of Irish-Americans.  The following is a list of the many Irish-American Catholics who President Ronald Reagan appointed to guide the political direction of the U.S.

·       William Casey, Director of the CIA
·       Richard Allen, National Security Advisor
·       Judge William P. Clarke, National Security Advisor
·       Robert McFarlene, National Security Advisor
·       Alexander Haig, Secretary of State
·       Vernon Walters, Ambassador-at-Large
·       William Wilson, Ambassador to the Vatican State
·       Donald Regan, Secretary of the Treasury
·       Raymond Donovan, Secretary of Labor
·       Margaret Mary Heckler, Health and Human Services secretary
·       Joseph Biden, Subcommittee on European affairs
·       Daniel P. Moyniham, Near Eastern and South Asian Affairs
·       John Kerry, Terrorism, Narcotics, and International Communications
·       Christopher Dodd, Western Hemi-sphere and Peace Corps Affair

A few brave researchers have carefully observed her covert meddling in US foreign policy during the Cold War, where she has selfishly sacrificed the lives and psychologically damaged many others, for her greedy self interests.

The Vatican, to maintain and expand its geographical control, seems to be calling upon the services of the U.S. Defense Department to serve as an instrument of Vatican foreign policy in much the same way it has in Cold War Europe.  “Defenders of the Church” in the Reagan administration are willing to go in order to “safeguard” the Church.  To these “defenders”, Vietnam, El Salvador, Grenada, and Lebanon are viewed in part as “holy wars for the preservation of the Church.” (31)

Peasants were rounded up, tortured and many were killed, while whole villages were burned to the ground during that horrific war in Vietnam, Indo-China

The Vatican was heavily involved in these wars, yet historians deliberately rule them out of playing any part in colluding with the US in these bloody expeditions.  Vietnam was a French Catholic colony as well as Grenada in the Caribbean, before the British overtook it.  El Salvador and the whole of Latin America (except for Belize) were all Spanish/Portuguese Catholic colonies.  The effects of the El Salvador 12-year civil war that ‘claimed over 75,00 lives’ (32) has trickled into the US, which has allowed a notorious and brutal gang to arise and grow since the 1980s, called Mara Salvatrucha, better known as MS13, which the FBI declares as ‘the most violent gang in the US.’  They were once comprised of El Salvadoran immigrants but are now comprised of all Latin American immigrants in North America, where this transnational street gang is involved in drugs, prostitution and human and contraband smuggling and are known by their trade marked two-horned gang signs that they display with their hands and their faces and bodies are decked with tattoos with the MS13 insignia.  The huge influx of Catholic Latin American immigrants into the US, where many have crossed the borders illegally, which is visibly seen in the states of California, Texas and Mexico, will not only allow the Catholic population to grow in the US, for the benefit of the Papacy, weakening the long held Protestant position, but will also allow the gang warfare to grow and get out of control.

“Mara” is a Salvadoran word for gang, and “Salvatrucha” is a compound word that merges the first and second syllables in “Salvadoran” and “trucha ” which translates literally to “trout” a Salvadoran-Spanish slang used among locals meaning alert, vigilant, prepared for crime or abuse from the police.  The 13 is for the 13th letter in the Alphabet “M”, which represents all southern California gangs.  It also follows the 13 rules that the gang follows.  Originating in California during the 80s and recruiting members from their home countries of El Salvador and Honduras the group reportedly now has factions in Washington DC, Oregon, Alaska, Arkansas, Texas, Nevada, Utah, Oklahoma, Illinois, Michigan, New York, Maryland, Virginia, Georgia, Florida, Canada, Guatemala, Mexico and several other South America countries.  With over 15,000 members today in the United States and an estimated 250,000 in Central America, the gang’s reach goes well beyond its inner-city roots into middle-class suburban neighbourhoods and schools.  A key factor that separates MS13 from traditional American street gangs is the active link maintained between MS members in the US and those in El Salvador.  In El Salvador, the availability of military grade munitions at bargain basement prices provides the MS in the US with cheap and easy access to heavy firepower.  Their use of violence is renowned.  Members often arrive in the United States with fighting skills gained in military training and are particularly adept with machetes.  In March 2004, the Maldon Institute, a Washington DC based think tank, released a report detailing the violent methods MS13 used including their typical calling card: leaving behind dismembered corpses, complete with decapitated heads, at the scene of murders. (33)

The Papacy takes advantage of the very sensitive  immigration issue in the United States, knowing full well that the majority of illegal immigrants that cross the Mexican-United States border are Catholics from Latin America. Though it is against the laws of the land to assist and harbour illegal immigrants, the Catholic Church in the United States gives them immunity (she claims on humanitarian grounds) in their churches and the Vatican, according to the USA Today April 17, 2008, sends $20,000 to refugees on the Mexico-US border to encourage them to illegally enter into the US which has infuriated US border patrol. When the late Pope John Paul II paid a  visit to the United States in October 1979, he campaigned for illegal aliens to migrate at their pleasure and his successor Pope Benedict XVI also fomented this issue when he went to the US in May 2008 and subtly and ever so carefully campaigned to the US government to not deport illegals and disrupt families, where he was condemned by ex-Catholic and US Republican Senator Tom Tancredo. Why does the Catholic Church have such an interest in Hispanics? Are not many Hispanics living in dire poverty in many parts of Latin America, being exploited by major corporations for their cheap labour, while the Church is one of the biggest property and landowners in Latin America. Didn't the Catholic Church give complete support to the dictators in that region, such as the late General Augusto Pinochet (1915-2006) of Chile who murdered 30,000 Roman Catholics with the Vatican' approval (Note: Pinochet had support by Pope John Paul II and also the current pope, who was then a cardinal). The Papacy carefully studies the demographics of the United States and with the daily flood of illegals almost taking over many cities, the population boom of the Latino community will strengthen Catholicism and many US politicians will get to a point where they will be unable to resist their presence and in some instances will have to depend on the Catholic vote in order to be successful in their political careers. The Vatican is fully aware of that and unlike the White populations of North America, the Catholic Hispanic community who are forbidden to take contraception and abortion (though a high number are doing it), multiply fast and the Papacy will use them for her own self interests. The Papacy will see that her goals are accomplished, even if it means breaking US laws and committing a felony to achieve her objectives.

Births, not immigration, now account for most of the growth in the nation’s Hispanic population, a distinct reversal of trends of the past 30 years.  From 2000 to 2007, the Hispanic population grew by 10.2 million – 58.6 % from natural increase.  (34) Latinos helped Mr Obama to carry Florida (where they had favoured George Bush in 2004), New Jersey, Nevada and New Mexico, in particular.  In future elections, Latinos will be “the centrepiece of the election…they will be able to tilt the electoral balance and turn many red – or, conceivably blue-states purple. (35)
